More importantly, we provide educational services using our animals to inform the public about these wonderful creatures, to hopefully dispell any myths about them, and to teach others to respect ALL creatures great and small, whether they have fur or scales, eight legs or none at all, fangs or teeth, walk or slither. These educational exhibits give children and adults the chance to meet and touch exotic animals and to learn about them in a fun "hands on" fashion. These are necessary services that all rescue facilities should offer to aid in protecting (by educating the public) the very species that are rescued.
